The largest rooibos cooperative in South Africa is the Heiveld Cooperative, which employs families of small farmers. Founded in 2001, it currently has 64 groups of farmers who respect the traditional method of cultivation, with minimal use of machinery and careful collection by hand.
The blend includes fair trade Indian spices reminiscent of Hindu masala infusion, invigorating, but free of theine.
This blend of rooibos respects the environment and is ideal for cold or hot milk because it is comforting and it does not estimulate.
