One of the few select fair trade Jasmine blends. Jasmine Tea comes from Zhejiang farmers who continue to make it in the traditional way:
Tea leaves are collected in spring until summer, at which time the first jasmine buds are closed. The buds are mixed with the leaves of the tea so that they permeate and aromatize the green tea itself naturally. It is the typical way, the most laborious, but the one that turns this tea into a unique pure tea.
In addition to being highly aromatic, this green tea helps the sustainability of the environment and the workers of the cooperative.
