Ghana is one of the countries where fair trade has advanced the most, although it is also one of the largest producers of cocoa. Specifically, the Ashanti region occupies almost all of its national production.
Many of the chocolate multinationals catch the cocoa of this region for having one of the best quality-prices that there are in the global market, but there is still a minority of the cocoa certified with Fairtrade, as is our Ghana Cocoa.
A pure and ethical cocoa powder with a unique softness that makes it an irresistible ingredient both in pastries and to drink alone. With this cocoa, we collaborate with several cooperatives that work cacao in a social way, empowering the farmer and helping them with technical tools so that they can stand out among their national competitors and thus improve their income.
