This is our blend of organic and Arabica coffee that stands out for being soft on the palate as well as having a balanced taste. It is picked up by groups from the interior of Nicaragua and Colombia, which adds a special jungle touch to the coffee.
Among its different cooperatives, we highlight the Asoprocasines, the Association of Arhuaco and peasant organic producers of the Sierra de Santa Marta, whose two fronts are environmental sustainability and the social development of the indigenous and peasant coffee community. Their work is an example to follow throughout the region.
