Description:

This Colombian coffee is characterized by a pronounced aroma, with medium acidity and a light body, it is a representation of the well-known coffee department of Huila.

Thanks to the Grupo Asociativo San Isidro we get this coffee grown in cooperatives of more than 140 farms whose purpose is the struggle for the social rights of this peasantry: education, health and productive improvement of coffee plantations, both technically and financially. The development of fair trade coffee in this region also helps the cessation of illegal logging thanks to the purchase of more than one hundred hectares of forests and lands for reforestation in order to contribute to the water sustainability of the region. The San Isidro Colombia is, in short, a fair trade coffee and an environmental tool.
