The Rodriguez Mendoza Peru is a natural Arabica coffee from organic farming and thanks to it maintains all its aroma, flavor and natural properties. It has a strong, pleasant aroma and flavor, a good body and only a slight note of acidity.
This coffee comes from the COOPARM Cooperative whose main activity is the production, transformation and commercialization of special coffees grown in the fertile valleys of the Province of Rodríguez de Mendoza by small producers.
This geographical area was cataloged as "the capital of the Ecological Coffee of Peru" and therefore it is not surprising that all organic production reaches 80% of the total coffee. In addition, COOPARM develops a plan for active participation in the educational development of its partners and the communities in its area of influence.
