Kagoshima Garden workers are responsible for closely monitoring the tea plant to achieve the highest quality. In our version of Matcha Superior we select exclusively the first shoots of the first harvest, which are just those that keep the flavor of the most authentic matcha, clearly vegetal and with a bitter chlorophyll that characterizes it in this region of southern Japan.
