Description:

This root is considered a superfood because it serves to increase energy naturally. It comes from organic farming in Peru and was already used by the Inca empire thousands of years ago: it was taken to increase strength and invigorate the body and mind, so it is also called "Peruvian ginseng."

Maca is rich in minerals such as magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, sodium and iron, and provides vitamins B1, B2, C and E. It is a natural antioxidant and increases libido and improves fertility. It is also known for its anti-stress properties and to increase memory and learning.

To help reduce fatigue, its use is recommended in the morning and at noon. With a daily dose of 10 g (soup spoon) is enough and can be mixed with smoothies, smoothies, vegetable drinks and pastries.
